1½ cup Ensure Vanilla Powder
1½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup natural yoghurt
½ cup full cream milk
½ cup vegetable oil

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease 12 muffin cups.
2. Combine flour, sugar, Ensure Vanilla Powder and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
3. Whisk egg, yoghurt, milk, and vegetable oil in another bowl until smooth; pour into dry mixture and stir until batter is just blended.
4. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove from tray and allow to cool on wire rack.
